ODC Works places trained hospitality associates on a per-shift basis across hotels, restaurants, catering companies and event, banquet and convention venues. Businesses post their requirement; registered associates apply, attend and are paid for the shift.
The platform gives associates access to events with published date, time and payment details, along with ratings and reviews — and gives the venue a staffed floor without adding permanent headcount. Around 200 hotels and catering companies use the platform for event staffing.
Every associate works under published attendance, grooming, tip and ethics policies, and is trained through programmes including Safety and Security Training, Conflict Management and Crew Resource Management.

Attendance & billing
Attendance is captured by check-in and check-out for every shift, so billing reconciles against an actual record — a no-show is never billed.
Rated on every shift
Associates are rated on grooming, attire, punctuality and service quality after each deployment, and that history follows them into future assignments.
Trained before deployment
Safety and Security Training, Conflict Management and Crew Resource Management, delivered before an associate becomes deployable.
